All Avaya new and used products carry a 1 year replacement warranty. If you receive a defective product, or if you have issues with existing products within the warranty, please contact us immediately for resolution. We provide a free 24 hr. turnaround on replacement products under warranty and will work with you to make the experience as painless as possible.

  • Problem incurred with product or shipment
The time required to resolve other various support questions or issues will vary based upon your specific telecommunications implementation. Our promise to you is to make every reasonable attempt to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.

If you experience an issue that requires attention, a resolution is defined by accomplishing any one of the following:  
  • Providing a reasonable solution to the issue.
  • Providing a reasonable work-around to the issue.
  • Determination by a Seacom Representative that the issue is an enhancement request and the escalation of the request to Seacom Management for future consideration.
  • Escalation by the Seacom Support team of the incident/product defect to Equipment manufacturer for review.
